days and days

since I've posted much of note...

the holidays kinda used up all my "posting energy" . I've been reading, but when i went to post nothing would comeout but a big ol' *duuuuhhhhhhh*.

so lemme sum up....

NYE was spent with some pals...and a lovely evening it was too... *G*

NYD we awoke at the well-after-crack-of-dawn and went to QM's annual open house, which was simply *smashing*, loads of fabulous food, fabulous hosts, fabulous friends...and discovering *yet another* fellow Alum of my High School...

friday...work...egghhhhh... but friday nite, movies with friends... *Yay* *G*

Saturday...slowly got off the block to make it out to what is likely to be the Last Evecon Ever :( at about 2pm.
Got to hang out and play games/chitter chat with daniciaand her Ed, kmusser &zammis, and webqatch and cozit. Con was a lot of fun.. I'll miss it.

sunday jim and I went off to the mac store to visit (breifly-they were *busy*) Neal and buy an ibook (which we plan to use as a interview portfolio, a portable darkroom for our digicam, and a remote station when we travel.) Jim so far has mostly used it to play "Halo". *G* but it's very cool....
