I lost a turkey!

Good news... Echocardio thingy didnt find anything that made the cardiologist nervous, tho he agrreed there was a murmur. (duh) At most he wants me to come back in a year, just to check. seeing my heart songram going *squishy* *squooshy* on the monitor was nifty. (tho having KY all over your chest is an odd feeling)

...hilariously when he found out a I was a Graphic Designer, he very much wanted to chat about Photoshop... *G* LOL

Great news.. according to the scale at my doctors office...i'm down to 256lbs from 269lbs
...thats almost 14 pounds... or a very small frozen turkey.... whoo hoo!

up and coming on the 80k mile check-up... mammogram thursday... *squash*

for valentines day... my dearest brought me brekkie in bed...for which he earned massive amounts of "husband points"...

..now if only we get the new china cabinets before the Privateers feast...
