eek I let posting go by a bit, eh?

wow only 3 more weekends until opening day of Faire... on some level (despite kiltboy's posts) I'm only truly become aware of it on a gut level today.

for the first time in 4 years, i have no grandiose plans...no major responsibilites, just attending as an ordinary citizen. (*G* yes I did promise Rach that id behappy to teach the art of walk leading, but i'm not going to be a walk leader unless its a Defcon 4 level emergency-like the expected walk leader is home sick)

its simultaneously kinda good! (freedom!) and kinda sad (end of an era) i suspect I'll spend most of the opening weekend quietly ensconced in a pub somewhere (the WH the D or The WG) realxing with a cold bevvie. Most likey ice water, as opening weekend tends to be as hot and humid as satan's armpit.

I wonder if the Black Knight will come find me again? *G* better pack the silver raven claws just in case.
