an *actual* update!

Boy howdy did i ever let the back lawn go. One is not supposed to have "amber waves of grain" in the backyard! It took the better part of an hour to mow it (it susually only takes 30 or less) as I had to stop every few feet to let the mower puke salsa verde on the ground so that it could continue without choking. Bleh. Though in parts it looks like a shaggy bad haircut, it is at least tamed to a degree. I was still finding grass in my hair in the shower this AM.
