updaty things, car, fun, Etc.

well what happened to be wrong with the car, was that the seals on the oil cooler let go, turning the car into what the mechanic called: "the Exxon Valdiz". *sigh* Friday i got about 5 miles from the house before the oil light started shreiking again. Ack. A quart and a half, put in the previous nite, all *gone*. Not Good.

so, call work, and put the rest of the oil in the car, and head over to the auto shop. Call Enterprise and get picked up about a half an hour later. Get wee cheap econo-box and drive to work. Short/long day all at once. 300 bux later that day, the car is all better. Yoiks. I confess to looking at used Accords on-line.

Last nite was fun girly dinner time with museclio at the mall again. We ended up deciding to get pedicures while we were in the mall after dinner, and then bought matching rolling luggage w/ wee skulls and crossbones all over it, at intense markdown. ($100 cute suitcase="no", $20 cute suitcase="yes")

How is it that she and I, who are both far from being "naturally girly" by inclination, seem to end up doing *rabidly* girly things when we go out together? (Expensive makeup, pedicures, shopping)

we need to eat at restarunts that aren't attached to malls! Safer, I think. *G*

And don't ask about the squirrel issue. *sigh* MY CHB has a "cunning plan". *sigh*
