...requires that i get to gym early enough to do warm-up stretches beforehand Oy,the hamstrings!

Yep. after much backing and forthing and 3 weeks+ of healing I decided to give the 7:30 am yoga class at my Gym a spin.

So far so good ther were only 2 poses i couldn't do. ( to *some* degree or another) One that involved putting my left foot on the mirror and wrapping my arms around my self, leaving all my weight on my right leg. (the one with the bad knee, for you folks following along at home) It started making unhappy/unstable feelings so I dropped that pose.

That and I could not pick up my legs by my toes and balance on my butt. *sigh* All things in time, grasshopper.

I did certainly work up a sweat, tho. *G* whittney was right, tho. "Yoga Instructor" = "sadist". A kind, supportive ,helpful sadist, but a sadist none the less. LOL. It will be good for me to do this once a week for the time being.

The only worrisome thing, is that the 3weeks+2 days healed incision seemed a bit irritated after, and a *tiny* (like pinhead) split in the new skin happened. eeek. Tiny, tiny, but still...

Is this too soon? should i back off another week or so? I'll have to call Dr. Zaita's office and ask.

(EDIT: DR's office sez not to fret, unless it gets bigger or starts to *eww* oooze.)

Monday, we'll go back to the walkies, tho.

This weekend is Tackle the Basement Work Space and pick up the rest of the house a bit.

And today I purchase my fairever pass. *G*

onward, ho!
