What a busy four days that was!

Much with the knees bent running about behavior on friday, including heading out for funsies late in the evening. Then saturday sleep in late (after being up till 3 am) and sit around yattering with our overnight guest till almost noon +, then much with the puttering and preparing for the MS Fantasy ball.

nova_sonya and we drove over to

teles's house to get all purty and dressed up.

teles Wore a fabulous outfit constructed mostly of silk pansies and ivy and little white flowers.

nova_sonya wore a fabulous evening gown and a fancy mask, I wore long black chemise,black silk and lace skirts, a black leather corset, black sparkly fairy wings & antennae, and purple doc marten's with fishnets. -"The Bad Fairy". (and more makeup than I usually ever wear)

I have *one* small bag of makeup-

teles has a six drawer rolling cart. I bow to her superior "girly-fu".

I was apologising for whacking people with the wings all night, I needed a sign that said "sorry about the wings" to hold up every time i accidentally smacked someone with them. Got to hang out with all sort of loverly folks i dont get too see as often as i would like. I finally got to meet

tchwrtr & M's new baby, J. And to give them both beeeg hugs. I wont even attempt to list the LJ folks i saw , as that would takeall day to type in. *G*

but it was a loverly time and i reccomend it to anyone thinking of going next year. (and I actually *won* a couple of raffles this time! wheee!)

once again get home after 3 am. *crash*

sunday have a realxing morning hanging outwith the hubby after yet another rather late start. Then go off to make some errrnad runs and stop by

ani_moore & the DPR's home for a *brief* visit to drop off some encouragement and reading materials. Then off to Springfield Mall to crusise thru "goth in a box" and "fredericks" before attemting to hit Fischer's hardware.

I managed to arrive *just* as it closed at 4pm. :p~~~~~* Feh. So go over to resturant wher i'm meeeting my dinner date, and hang in the bar, making cell calls to folks like

beatrizwench untill he arrived. Then loverly steaky dinner goodness. Followed by laps around the closed mall till the movie started. ( i still say i am much amused by the "kiddie Habitrail" at one end of the mall. It needs to be big enough for grown-ups to ride mini bikes around in, though. *G*)

Stand around talking for a good while after, which is always nice. Actually got home and to bed at a *reasonable hour*. ... Shock!

for the 4th.. we did nothing moreexciting then clean the house, go out for early dinner and see "war of the worlds" alas the aliens did *not* get to exsanguinate Tom Cruise, more's the pity. Thene grocery shopping (see, we're wild and crazy peoples!) and home to putter on the puter and make phone calls.
